    • Chia Seeds
    • Cacao Mix
    • Almond/Coconut Flour

Buy Online: Amazon

  • Some items that you can buy in larger quantities are more affordable on Amazon. A couple items include:
    • Cacao Powder

Make A List – and stick to it!

  • Making a list AND sticking to it will keep you focused on what you NEED and not anything extra that sounds good that day. This in itself will keep your spending amount lower.

Frozen Over Fresh

  • If you know that you won’t go through fruits, vegetables, or meat as quickly as you would like, buy frozen! OR, buy fresh and then immediately freeze those items. With this, you will not waste money by throwing out old vegetables, fruits, and meat.

As you can see, these tips are very do-able. Success comes with consistency over time. Focus on one or two of these tips at a time, and then add on as you see fit. Find what works for you, and keep doing that!
