Our cross training classes create a fun setting for all fitness levels. These functional classes are structured to help the body move more efficiently and to build strength in all three planes of motion. Every class has an objective whether it is cardio, strength, core or a personal challenge to make sure you continue to achieve a well-rounded workout. Our cross training integrates a personal touch so every fitness level feels accommodated.
Bootcamp will be an advance class with body weight movements and athletic drills programed to challenge your full body! Looking to improve in mobility, strength and speed this class will do just that. Each class will focus on calisthenics combined with speed drills to keep your heart pumping!
An intense class full of cardio with different sets of intervals and challenges on your choice of cardio equipment. Followed by smart effective weight training and core exercises. This is a fabulous class for weight loss or for improving overall fitness.
Our spin class will be a fantastic cardio workout guaranteed to make you sweat and burn calories! Each class will teach an energized ride accompanied by great music that will challenge you to push yourself to the next level! Spin is a great cardio workout for all levels because it is low impact and you control the resistance of the bike.
Vinyasa is a powerful, energetic yoga where poses flow from one to another focusing on connecting the pose to the breath. This class will focus on alignment of the body while connecting the pose to the breath. Our class will create a yoga experience possible for all fitness levels and will be taught from openness and acceptance of oneself and each other.
Sculpt yoga is definitely an intense class guaranteed to make you sweat while sculpting lean muscle. Sculpt yoga uses a serious number of vinyasa flows, small weights, and even a cardio touch to whip your entire body into gear. You will leave this class feeling you have had a total body workout and stretch.
Love Barre, than you will love our Guts and Butts class! This class will target and tone all the right areas! Your abs and glutes will be the focus of this 45-minute sculpt class. Starting with large movements like squats, lunges, and planks to start the burn you then head to the mat to finish it off with isolation and isometric work. This class is not just for women as it targets two crucial muscles for any athletic endeavor.
Utilizing the bosu this class will train you for multiple components of fitness including balance, stability, strength, core and more. These skills are important for accomplishing everyday activities and for all fitness levels. Try this class for a fun new challenge!
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training is an advance form of max interval training. It’s called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt. HIIT intervals improve strength, speed, agility, and power all in one class. Each class utilizes different time intervals of work to rest ratio to maximize your results in less time. This class will challenge you in all areas of fitness.
