We participate in both virtual fitness classes and lunch and learn coaching sessions. We feel informed and motivated to live a healthier lifestyle with the guidance and motivating abilities of Movement 1st Wellness. The gentle yoga series that we participate in has shown us how stretches can be done effectively and how important stretching is for our bodies. At the end of each class, we feel more flexible, more relaxed and refreshed. The instructor is very knowledgeable and personable and is an expert in her field. She goes out of her way to address our individual needs and offers suggestions. The lunch and learn sessions have been very beneficial and were presented in a very easy to understand format.
