Honey is a great natural remedy for reducing seasonal allergies. Honey has antibacterial and antifungal properties which can help reduce symptoms of seasonal allergies. For best results for allergies, you will want to use raw local, unfiltered honey.
Add honey to a lemonade, instead of sugar, for a natural sweetener that will also help you stabilize your blood sugar. Bonus, the lemons are anti-inflammatory and contribute to about 80% of your daily Vitamin C, giving your body an added immune boost.
